1/4 yard of fabric (quilting cotton or other lightweight fabric- Fat quarter friendly!)
(Optional) Contrast fabric scrap for center panel
4 inches of hook and loop tape (I use 1/4th-3/8th inch widths.)
(Optional) 1/4 inch or smaller buttons, ribbons, bows, appliques, ric rac, lace, piping, heat transfer vinyl or other embellishments
