Tools and Materials:

• ¼ yard of fabric (quilting cotton or other lightweight fabric)
  
• Use one fabric or two. A fat quarter will work perfectly.
  
• Optional: Scrap of contrast fabric for center panel (minimum 5x5 in.)
  
• 3-4 inches of hook and loop tape
  
• Basic sewing supplies (machine, scissors, thread, pins)
  
• Optional: 6x12 fabric and 45 inches of 1/2 - 3/4 inch lace for layered lace or pleated panel
