Tools and Materials:
1/4 yard each of 2 different cotton fabrics (or use the same fabric for all sections)
4 inches of hook and loop tape that is 1/4th inch wide
Optional: 15 inches of one half inch wide double fold bias tape for waistband, 20 inches total to trim pockets too
