Tools and Materials:

• 1/4 yard of fabric for top/bodice (cotton or other lightweight fabric)
  
• 1/4 yard of fabric for skirt
  
• 1 1/2 x 12 1/2 inch piece of fabric for waistband
  
• 9 inches of 1/4 inch elastic for neckline
  
• Optional: 4 inches of 1/8 or 1/4 inch elastic for each sleeve
  
• 4-5 inches of hook and loop tape
  
• Optional: Hook and eye closure for neckline
